Craig V. Mehall


Craig Mehall is a general practice attorney admitted to the bars of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Illinois (inactive).

Mr. Mehall has experience with federal laws related to federal taxation; the administration of justice in federal courts, administrative bodies, and law enforcement agencies; banking, securities and exchanges, housing and urban development, economic stabilization, money and credit, insurance, and international finance; the federal budget and appropriations; agriculture, forestry, food inspection, farm credit, rural electrification and development, and water conservation; and federal elections.

He is also experienced in federal regulatory matters related to data privacy and cybersecurity; banking; securities; capital markets; mergers and acquisitions; energy; environment; corporate governance; and immigration. He authored more than 1,100 articles, published on Westlaw’s Practitioner Insights, related to these types of regulatory, legal and legislative matters.

Mr. Mehall earned his JD from Michigan State University College of Law, his MBA from Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business, and his BBA from Cleveland State University.
