Elizabeth (Libby) O’Conor graduated from Catholic University with a Bachelor of Nursing Science in 2013 . She received her Juris Doctor from George Mason University in 2019. She fully barred in the state of Virginia.

Before starting at Friedman, Framme & Thrush, Ms. O’Conor worked as an Ortho-Neuro-Trauma nurse at Suburban Hospital for three years. She also has worked in OR, plastic surgery and assisted as a school nurse. Additionally, she worked at an IT trainer for “EPIC” a major medical records system. All through law school, she continued to help patients and worked with multiple firms on medical malpractice cases. She continued to be a medical malpractice lawyer in the DC/MD/VA area after she graduated. She has experience as a personal injury/medical malpractice attorney.

Be it nurse or lawyer, Ms. O’Conor’s goal has always been to help and advocate for those who need it.
