Attorney O’Neill has represented and insureds and insurers, consumers and manufacturers, individuals and corporations, small businesses and state agencies in a wide range of litigation and appellate matters since his admission to the Florida bar in 1986 in a multi-state law practice that includes Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. He has significant experience in the plaintiff and defense claims involving negligence, contracts, landlord-tenant, family law, motor vehicle, dram shop and premises liability, as well as commercial, bankruptcy, land use and government law claims before administrative agencies and numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts.
