Stephanie Evans received her B.A. from University of Hartford, Hartford College for Women in 1999 and her J.D. in 2003 from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 17% of her class. She has been a member of the Connecticut Bar for over 17 years, where she managed her own law firm and regularly argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court and Connecticut Supreme Court. She has more than twenty two (22) reported decisions. In 2017 Attorney Evans relocated to Virginia and joined the Virginia Bar. In Virginia she managed the Danville Legal Aid office before joining Freidman Framme & Thrush in 2020.
